How to deploy and access images through 'was liberty server'.

I am using CLM 6.0.3.How to deploy images in was liberty server and how to access it through URL ,as I am aware that we can deploy the war file ,by keeping the war file in dropins folder and we can access it through URL also,in the same way I want to access the images through URL also.If  anyone knows about this please inform me how to implement these.In tomcat server,if we keep the image file inside root folder ,we can easily access it through URL,so  I wanted to how to achieve this in was liberty server.
