Quick Search not working properly in RTC 4.0

 Hi, 

We upgraded to RTC 4.0 recently and we noted that Quick Search was not working properly (the queries we executed, in quick search, retrieved fewer results than a query for a particular project area with the same key word in the summary).

Then, we ran repotools -reindex (for JTS, RTC and RQM) but the issue is still there. Even more, there are some cases in which we look for a key word and some of the results retrieved does not contain that key word at all in any field.

I'll appreciate any help you may give us.

Maybe also run the -rebuildTextIndices ?

copy the "workitemindex" folder from 3.0.1 installation folder to 4.0 installation folder (refer to teamserver.properties file in the 4.0 installation path)

Thank you for your answers. I'll try running -rebuildTextIndices. I'll let you know whether it works or not.
