Hi there,

Is there a history of dashboard (specifically) project dashboard changes anywhere that we can research to explain to a user who deleted a tab in the dashboard?

Any help would be appreciated.

Please refer to https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/DashboardRevisionHistory. You can add " ?internal" in the dashboard URL and access it. Then click "Show History" icon in top-right to display the dashboard history. Hope it helps.
