i ma trying to create a work item using oslc utility but i am unabel to do so.

RTc jazz server is in other location i am executing this script from my local machine .i have developer acces.

i ma unable to accees the .xml file the error code is 800c00E

error : security problem occurred.

kindly provide solution.
