Hi, 


I want to create a questionnaire to identify pain areas of our customer in their existing Quality Management tool (which is not IBM QM) to show them benefits we have in IBM Doors NG.

Any suggestion on it would be highly appreciated.

Are you referring to RQM or RDNG?

I would suggest:

-Survey existing QM tool users.

-Identify functional gaps compared to RQM (see https://jazz.net/products/rational-quality-manager/ and Rational Quality Manager).
