I have a Test Plan in one project area and I need to move it to another project area. How can I do this? Please help.

There is no "move" feature for test artifacts, you have to use "duplicate" feature to copy the test plan into another project area(open test plan and duplicate icon is on the right head menu). You can then delete the original test plan from the source project area.
