How to transfer a TCER into a TSER? [RQM 6.0.4]

We have a situation where a TCER was generated by running a test case from the test case artifact.

I have a TSER that I would like to have these results in but I don't see to be able to find any way to transfer a separate TCER artifact into a TSER, nor the ability to transfer the TCR artifact into another TCER. Also roll-up can only be done intra-TCER correct?
