Requirements Management - Error performing setup completion operation "userSync"

copied error below. Any advise is very appreciated.
We are connecting to Microsoft Active Directory.
RTC 6.0.2 and Running on Windows VM.

The error should have nothing to do with MS AD, as the application should contact JTS for user synchronization, not the LDAP server. RDNG does not have its own user repository anyway.

The error looks quite bad. You should either start all over again, or contact Support if you believe it can be fixed (the end result may be the same as the former).

P.S. You should tag the post correctly as this issue is related to RDNG, not RTC.

do you think is there any way to by pass user sync? we still not able to get rid of it.

is it possible caused by time-out? Let say if we have 10,000 users to sync in LDAP?
