Plan's Burndown chart shows zero for the remaining work, planned work, ideal and expected complete

RTC v4.0.3
Database: Oracle 11g.
Sprint burndown chart in the plan shows zero in all lines (remaining work, planned work, idea and expected complete).
It is happening from the current date till the end of the sprint.
However, the load bar shows that the sprint backlog has lots of estimated tasks.

Hi Paula,
We will need a bit more information regarding this issue:
1. What do you see in sprint burndown report in reportst -> shared reports view?
2. This might be the issue that your data warehouse jobs do not work. Please navigate to https://your-server:9443/ccm/admin#action=com.ibm.team.reportsManagement.etlStatus to see the status of etl jobs. Are they green there?
