Few days ago I registered to the DNG 6.0.3 Trial version, in order to have “Look and Feel”  experience with this tool. 

Actually, a day after I started to work with, creating folders and have some information inside, <o:p> </o:p>

I repeatedly rejected by the tool with the following notification: <o:p> </o:p>

 

ID CRRRW7291E  Your permissions for access to the project could not be retrieved from the server. Your user information might not be configured correctly.

Timeout exceeded

This is the IBM Cloud trial, which is currently maintained by ClearObject. I don't know the "official" way to contact them for trial support, but maybe you can try the "Contact" link at the top of the page where you submit your trial registration.
