DOORS Next Generation import Word fails with error "Error loading source"
I am using DOORS Next Generation 6.0.3.
When I imported a particular Word document into DOORS Next Generation, I got the following error at step 4 "Extract Requirements":
"Errors loading source"
"Back", “Next”, “Finish” buttons are greyed out.
Only “Cancel” button can be clicked.
What could be the problem?

I have seen this in the past and the most probable cause is that DOORS Next Generation 6.0.3 could not handle leading spaces properly.
Please follow the steps to workaround this issue.
1) Make a backup of the original Word document
2) Open the document in Word
3) Press Ctrl+* (Ctrl+Shift+8) to turn on paragraph marks and other formatting symbols.
4) Look for leading spaces in a paragraph when they meant to be just a tab.
5) Replace all leading spaces with a tab
6) Save and then import this Word document again

I am getting exactly the same error in DNG 6.0.5.
I have no leading spaces in my import docx file.
any other suggestions?
