I always get error message ID CRRRW7386E when trying to start diagram editor
I reinstalled the addon several times without any success
I use doors ng 5.0.2 and internet explorer 11.0.9600.17633
Can you check C:\Users\<user_installing_addon>\IBM\RMAddOn<version>\install.log for any errors? If it looks fine the browser might already have a JRE loaded, trying to load the JRE packaged with DNG: http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21588696
Thank you. It seems the problem is related to windows account name. Mine has an accented "a" and a space in it. I created a test user "teszt" and it seems to work with that account in he same machine.
i am very unhappy with this

Sep 11 '15, 3:12 a.m.Yes, it recomends to reinstall which i've done several times.
Regarding the trace the IE does not generate any log ( probably i use wrong directory for config file "c:\Users\username\IBM\RMAddOn-5.0.1.0\ie" )
My firefox which is newer (the latest) then the supported one writes into the trace file
