Exporting a project template with shared queries, dashboard and planmodes

I have created a project and tailored it to our ways of working.

When I generated a template from this project, some of the elements are not included:
  • customized dashboard
  • custom queries
  • custom plans views (planmode)
It would be a lot of work to create these manually every time we create a new project.

How can I create a template which contains these elements?
Is there a way to manually export them and add them to specification.txt ?

By default the custom dashboard, queries and plan views will not be exported into the process template. However if you add the custom queries to the "Project Configuration > Configuration Data > Work Items > Predefined query" from the project area's process configuration, it can be included.
Similarly for dashboard, you can follow the document https://jazz.net/help-dev/clm/index.jsp?topic=%2Fcom.ibm.jazz.dashboard.doc%2Ftopics%2Ft_config_dashboard_templates.html.
For plan view, follow the answer in post https://jazz.net/forum/questions/97546/how-can-i-create-custom-plan-views-in-rtc-processtemplate

Something seems wrong with my eclipse client.

When I open a project or project template, the "Process Configuration" or "Process Configuration Source" tabs remain empty.

I am using:
Rational Team Concert: 6.0.3
Build id: RTC-CLIENT-I20161103-1715
