RTC work item - generating mail notifications

Hi,

I set my user profile for receiving mail notifications only when work item was created and closed (two times) if I was WI creator.

But it seems that mail notifications work only if work item was closed, not created.

Any help?

I customized my email template for displaying only few attributes for WI states New and Closed, but I receive notification only for state Close.

What I am doing wrong?
