RM Application is not opening after restoring the database

 Hi everyone,


I am unable to open the RM application after restoring the database.
I have taken the backup of RM application from server and formatted the PC.
After formatting the server again we installed the application on the same machine.
Both JTS and RM get installed but when i tried to open RM Application, it is displaying the blank page.
But JTS admin page is opening.

I am using following tools:
CLM 6.0.2
Database: DB2
Server:WAS 8.5.5
OS: Windows server 2012.

The description is of no help but my assumption is that you missed to backup some data e.g. the teamserver.properties. 

With this description it is impossible to help and trying this on the forum is a bit challenging anyway. I would suggest to contact support.

Thanks for answer.
Yes you are right that i missed teamserver.properties.
So any other method to continue my CLM. If so please let me know.

it will be very difficult. Please contact IBM Support. With some luck, you may be able to get it working again, but it is not guaranteed.
