Plan snapshots doesn't work on 6.0.3 release
We just upgraded to Version 6.0.3
We now find that we cannot open new snapshots on Release Backlog Plans?
The Create Snapshot icon is grey, and RTC states: No snapshots are available for this plan
I can still do new snapshots on plans opened before 6.0.3.
Is there any known work-around or fix?

After starting my test environment it looked the same for me, But If you hover over the grayed out plan snapshot button, it will tell you something like "Before creating a plan snapshot all items n the plan must be loaded, open the "Planned Items" tab and expand all items.
After all items are loaded, the button to create a plan snapshot becomes enabled.
If this does not solve your problem, you might want to open a PMR with support.
