I manage an engagement and created one central project area in CLM for QM,RDNG,CCM.In my enggagement there are several applications and every month there will be projects running which span for 2-3 months and user working on these projects are distributed across multiple projects. These projects span across multiple applications too.For each of these projects I want to have a project and assign team for the deliverables, test cases to be developed and tagged against this project and my applications too.Can anybody suggest best way?

One approach is to assign a team area to each project, and then assign the people who work on that project to that team area (giving them the appropriate role, e.g. developer, tester, etc).   You would need to decide what percentage of a given users time is assigned to a given project (team area).
