Recently our server is upgraded from CLM 5.0 to CLM 6.0.2. After that we are unable to view manual steps in Test Script.

 This looks similar to Manual script steps missing in the UI after changing "Formal review" type (Upgraded Environment)
The fix for this was included in 6.0.2 iFix005; if you can install the latest 6.0.2 iFix (currently 007) I would start there
