Can you modify / update RQM baseline created in GC or non-GC project area?
You're working with Global Configuration or non-GC project areas where you have created number of local OR global baselines. The baselines contain number of artifacts of RQM such as test cases, test plans and etc. You're wondering if any of these artifacts can be updated / modified?

The way RQM is designed , it is not possible to edit or update baselines. However, you could try to create a stream (where is possible) and fix streams instead and then take a baselines out of a clean streams. Finally archive the baselines where an issue as identified.
