When generating JRS 6.0.2 reports, I noticed that some owner attributes are showing Resource Full Name Missing. instead of the user name. Does anyone know why its missing the user name and how to address this issue?
You may consider to run a full load for "Jazz Foundation Services - Core" job, or you can contact IBM Support to check if the user data in the data warehouse table is correct.
