Report does not display value of a particular field

 We have a custom report designed for our company and has been working for 2 years now. Strangely, after the upgrade to RTC 3.0.1, we have problems when the report is executed. 
In this case, we have a custom field of type iteration. The field has a value mapped in the workitem but fails to output the same when we run the report.

If we preview the report using the Report Designer, we are able to view the field value perfectly. Our Data warehouse configuration has been set to DataMart and scheduling the jobs to be run hasnt helped us as well.

Any help/suggestions would be great!
