RQM Artifacts Templates  (in /qm/web/ > Project area > Gear > Manage Artifact Templates > Create Templates >)

- Question 1:
Create Manual Test Script Template

When you add a new New Section you can set the Section Type: "Rich Text" OR "Grid" only
1) Is it possible to add multiple fields in these new section (For example: "Rich Text" AND "Grid" or multiple Grids in the same section)?

- Question 2:
Create Test Case Template

2a) If you create a new Test Case Template and rename the Section "Requirement Link" all other templates will be affected. Is it working as designed ?
2b) It is not possible to duplicate "Requirement Link"...  Is it possible to rename "Requirement Link" using different name for each template?

- Question 3:
Edit Manual Test Script Template

3) Is it possible to modify the fields names (eg: "Description", "Expected Results") ?

- Question 4:
Create Test Plan / Case Template
4) Is it possible to hide the section "Summary"  ?

- Question 5:
It seems that when you create a NEW template
(/qm/web/ > Project area > Gear > Manage Artifact Templates > Create Templates) it will get the information from  the default template.
5) Is it possible to create a template from scratch.

1) No, the new section can only be one type.  There is a workaround though that is having a Rich Text section with a table as one of its content.

2) It is working as designed.  "Requirement Links" is a common section.  It can not be duplicated and any changes on a common section will affect all new artifacts.

3) No, those are predefined attribute labels of the manual step.

4) No, "Summary" is a mandatory section.

5) When creating a new template, it contains the mandatory sections not from any default template.
