 I have a problem with integration between IBM RFT and JAZZ CLM.

When I open configureadapter.bat and input my details about my QM as below
Server URL: https://localhost:9443/qm
User ID: jazz_admin
Password: *********
Project area: Test Project 01 (Quality Management) << The one I created it displayed when I click the drop down list.
Adapter Name: RFT Adapter on LOCAL

And when I click "Start adapter" button. , the adapter console show message " 11:18:30 AM Unable to register the adapter with RQM "

User jazz_admin is already in the project member, and has Rational Quality Manager - Connector Client Access Lincense.

How to fixed this problem and make adapter enable to connect to qm.

 Hi Apiwat,
Ok, is jazz-admin user (who is a member of the project area mentioned) given any role?
eg: TestTeamMember ?

If not re-try after allowing the user a "TestTeamMember" role. This should help..  Also check if the jazz_admin is a JazzAdmins user? If not can you assign the user this permission and check?

your ans is quite good.absolutely it was happen to me.

I want to connect to Jazz CLM from RFT 8.2.0 with automation script. is it possible with automation script to connect to CLM ,directly from RFT ?
if yes,could u plz share the code to ranjan.tester@gmail.com
its very urgent..........
