How to cretae Team area dashboard template in RTC

Hi Team,

   We are using RTC 6.01.. We are having the requirements like under each project area , there will be "n"  number of team areas. And all the team areas will have same team dash board . We are doing the changes in each every team area dashboard manually which is a time consuming process. Can you please help us to create a team area dashboard template which will be used by various teams .
