Team,

I'd like to get the information (steps) about how to start working with Rational tools (Rational Team Concert, Rational Quality Manager and Rational DOORS Next Generation) on project Design & Build (PM is Martin Strenk/Norway/IBM). My role on this project is Test Manager and I'd like to have ensured that the needed environment (server, licenses, accesses) will be available for us to process requirements, use and test cases.  Thanks!

 I don't think that a public forum like this can provide you with that information. You have to work with your organization to assure that.

PS: you want to go for an enterprise topology with multiple servers hosting the applications.
