Can a test case be flagged automatically when a linked requirement changes?

If a requirement linked to a test case is changed after the test case is executed can Jazz flag the test? We have tried changing a linked test case requirement after test execution. The requirement history captures the change, but an obvious flag does not appear to be set in the test case.

No automation. You have to manually carry out the operation Reconcile Requirement.
