 Good day,

I would like to find out if there is an ERD (diagram) available for the Jazz Solution (RM, CCM, QM).

We would like to overcome some of the reporting limitations in the current reporting service, and extract data directly from the Database as read only.

Please note that our Jazz environment uses the SQL Server database system.

Thank you.

Alick

I believe this is usually proprietary, and guarded as trade secret. No?

I think you should stick with the supported way of reporting.

I wouldn't call the database tables proprietary or a trade secret, but they are subject to change on each release, so we strongly recommend not trying to code directly against them because you would have to verify all of that code and possibly recode on every release.  Because of that, the format is not documented, and you would not receive any support if you tried to code against them.
