RTC integration with BMCRemedy tool

Hello All,
Is there any possibility to integrate with RTC and BMC remedy tool.. if So we have plans to import Remedy tickets in to RTC and want to view those tickets in Kanban view. is this possible? I request your help in integrating these both tools. Your help is appreciated. Thank You...! |
