Hello,

I wonder if it possible to use RTC as a version control provider for Rational Method Composer models?
Any plans to support this scenario?

-thanks in advance

Yes it is possible. But RTC uses parallel development, while RMC does not. This can cause some issues during development.

Good news - the latest version of RMC implements a pessimistic locking mechanism when using RTC as the version control system. This means you no longer need to manually lock files to avoid parallel development in RMC.

Jim Ruehlin has a great answer for this in another post - > https://jazz.net/forum/questions/91157/using-rtc-scm-for-managing-versions-of-rmc-content.

Read that, it will give you some good guidance.
