How to access Developement Item ie. workitem (Test Case) through OSLC in RQM

Need to access the Development Link from Test Case in  RQM  , through the OSLC .
Please let me know does any one has this link. I cannot do the query/filter to get all the testcase which has development link ..

You need to add "calmlinks=true" to your OSLC URL to get such links. If successful, you should see the link with the tag <ns2:workitem>.
https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/RqmApi#calmlinks

For example:
https://clm:9443/qm/service/com.ibm.rqm.integration.service.IIntegrationService/resources/JKE+Banking+%28Quality+Management%29/testcase/urn:com.ibm.rqm:testcase:1?calmlinks=true
