Can we calculate effort spent/in hrs on each state against a custom workitem in JRS?
Can we calculate effort spent/in hrs on each state against a custom workitem in JRS?
I've to calculate the cost of quality using the following formula:
(Prevention effort + Review effort + Test Effort + Rework effort) / Total Release Effort * 100
I am using CLM V6.0.2 with MSSQL DB. Lets say we have the following states of a custom workitem:
Prevention
Review
Testing
Rework
Can we calculate the total effort/ in hours spent against each state. The custom workitem is Change Request and we do not have estimate and time spent attribute in it. Is there a way to generate this report or any other workaround in CLM?
