Disable Email Notification from RTC Code Review Tool

There is currently no way to customize the code review email notifications that are sent out to all reviewers or the change set author.
This enhancement is tracked in [Code Review] Allow the ability to disable code review based email notifications (401056).

Under "View My Profile and Licenses" from the top right corner (next to your username) (dropdown menu), select and you should see "Mail Configuration"...
and more.
Select from those options that best suit your requirements.
