How we can delete a change set delivered in an stream?
I know that we can reverse, but still in the history, I want actually delete it because it was a mistake?
is there any way without start from scratch?

 I tried but it didn't Work, I'm using zip files, and the change set was delivered already, is there any other walk around?

You would need to say something more useful than "it didn't work" to get further assistance (e.g. what went wrong).   Note: You would need to use the second approach described in the article Ralph's message identifies.
