RTC email notification problem; emails keep going on QUEUE

Hello,

I need to stop emails going on queue to RTC users and it would be great if someone helps me out.

The tool version is 5.0.2, and here's my problem.

The emails that have been sent before are resent to users and these make them crazy.

I've googled it so many times but it has still not been solved; Resetting advanced configuration and restarting the server didn't work at all..

Is there anything I can do?
