Does exist an history of updates made in a WorkItem Template?

Hello,
We are using RTC 6.0
Does exist an history of updates made in a WorkItem Template?
(Template used when chosing the menu "Work Items / Create From Template...)
A template was imported using the RTC Eclipse with an error.
I fixed the error but I would like to know when the template was imported and by who.
Are these information kept in RTC?

I believe that no history is saved for workitem template changes
