RTC: WorkItem Approval / Review / Verification - change states

We are using CLM 4.0.7 is it possible to change the default names / states in the Approval / Review / .. section ?

e.g. when we select "Review" than the customer wants to see "Add Reviewer" instead of "Add Approver"
and he wants to change the state names "Reviewed" / "Verified" instead of "Approved"

I don't think it is configurable currently in RTC.
There are a couple of RFEs there and I think the below two are the WIs you may want to comment on and
add your own scenarios.
