Unable to view project history

I have created lifecycle project area, made changes in the CCM project area. Changes are - Modified the iteration structure, added custom work item types, added team areas to project and renamed the project. I am unable to view project history.
Open project --> Manage this project area --> History.

No history is displayed and history page is blank.

Am i missing something here, CLM server version is 6.0.3

Whats happen when you try to run open history --> audit history in opened project ?
Is the same situation ?
