How to retrieve update history made on RTC template

Pascal Jean (6012640) | asked Apr 16 '14, 5:41 a.m.
Hello,
We are using RTC 4.0.0.1.
Some one updates the RTC templates. For example some fields was added and some was removed from a Work Item form.
Does exist some kind of history to know exactly what was done.
I think this is possible at least on later versions like 4.0.3.
I don't find the same possibility on the 4.0.1.

(Basically the person don't remember the changes done and would like to know exactly what was done).
Thank you in advance
Pascal Jean

Hi Pascal

In Eclipse client, Open the Project Area in question, Go to Process Configuration Source tab;

Right click on the xml file --> Show history;

Select any of the two revisions --> Right click --> Compare to see the changes made;

Note: This works for both project areas and process templates ... either one can be opened in the Eclipse project area editor.

Hi Pascal,

In latest version you have history tab in web administration ui. You can see template history there.

In previous versions you could look in Eclipse client in template source for a history. But it displayed only modification history on this particular machine.
