Migrating IHS we are now receiving:

There was an error communicating with that license server: CRJAZ1267I
The list of floating licenses could not be retrieved from "https://server123.com/jts/service/com.ibm.team.repository.service.internal.
license.IFloatingLicenseService/licenses". This server might not be
able to communicate with the license server.
This server is a Floating License Server (7 Floating License types
installed).

The jts teamserver.properties had our non-prod LDAP role mapping but the jts.war, rm.war, ccm.war.... and so had the security role mapping
of our production ldap roles. So it seems that had an effect over the communication and caused the messed up
authentication and caused the floating license server error.
