How can I apply a tag to multiple work items?

 I need to apply a new tag to multiple existing items going into the new build.

 You can use the the Eclipse query view, or you can use the Quick Planner Next web view (available as tech preview in 6.0.4 and as the default Quick Planner web view in 6.0.5).

Thanks, I will try the Eclipse view.  We are currently on 6.03 and no plans to upgrade for at least a few months.

  1. Export the workitems with ID and Tags Field into a csv
  2. Update the Tags column with the tag for each of the workitems
  3. Import - Use the Update option and not create new
