Importing excel (via XML) requirements into RQM

Hi, I am trying to import Requirements from an excel file (excel data converted to xml format, manually) into RQM.
Once the import is completed, RQM gives me a successful import message. However, I do not see the requirements in the requirements module of RQM. Any solutions?
Note: Since there is not utility to export excel requirements to xml, I have manually created the xml using one of the sample xml schemas provided by Rational. Thanks!

Cant really help you with the xml import not showing up without some more info. Perhaps some output from the import utility? What kind of data were you importing (scripts, testcases, ...)?
Regarding a tool to export from excel to RQM, there will be a MS Office plugin available as a download on jazz.net (this was mentioned somewhere in the forum) sometime after the RQM 2.0 release.
Edit: You can find the tool under the extras section in RQM 2.0 download page

Unfortunately the add on your referring to is specific to office 2003 up so anybody with a release lower than that is basically out of the picture ... and the import tool is specific to test cases and scripts .. not requirements by the looks of it
