Im reading a tutorial which talks about associating functional test scripts in Rational Functional Tester to manual tests in Rational Manual Tester through RFT at the following link:

The tutorial talks about associating functional project to manual test project. But i could not find the "Associate the project to a Manual Test Project." option as stated in the tutorial. Can anyone please let me know whats going wrong? why am i not able to see the option of associating the functional project to manual test project?

Im using RFT 8.0 and 8.1 versions and RMT 7.0.1 versions.

Hi Srikanth,

You are referencing the RFT 7.0.1.x Information Center but using RFT 8.0 and 8.1; this is why the tutorial is not matching up to what you see in the product.

You will notice that in the 8.x Information Centers the topics regarding RFT-RMT integration have been removed. This feature was removed in RFT 8.0 because Rational Manual Tester (RMT) has been EOLed and replaced by RQM.
