Can we create upload file attribute(Browse and Upload file) in RTC Workitem Editor Presentation ?

Note : I know, after uploading it will be shown in links sections as attachment

Any reason that you don't want to use the existing feature in the Links tab? Also, I believe this feature is not attribute based.
