compare-with-previous for an entire change set

Mervyn Keene (171177) | asked Aug 13 '09, 11:03 a.m.
When using Jazz Source Control, is there a way to do a
compare-with-previous operation for an entire change set? Let's say I
have a change set with 20 files and want to review my work before
submitting it. In the Pending Changes view, for instance, I can
double-click on each individual file to see its changes, but that
requires me to remember which file is up next, and to open and close
each comparator window (total of 60 unnecessary clicks FWIW). I'm
looking for a way to place all changes in a single comparator window
such that I can click "Next Difference" all the way through.

I'll be happy to file an RFE but wanted to check and see if I'm missing
the technique first.

JAZZ DEVELOPER
There is currently no way to cat the files like this for comparison, so
feel free to open up the enhancement.

Perhaps the closest thing you can get is to create a new patch out of the
change set... if you're comfortable with reading patches that way... but
you'd be missing out on UI support to navigate it and to see the entire
files.

I would be very interested in this as well. Can you post a link to the filed enhancement so I can track it? Thanks.
