Cannot connect Project Area Visual Studio 2010 to RTC 4.0.6

 Hi There,
I have a problem here. When I am trying to connect my project area to my rtc 4.0.6 visual studio 2010 plugin, it always show the error like this:
CRRTC8500E: Server Error, Failed to log in to 'https://myrationaladdress:9443/ccm/web' CRJAZ2384E Cannot connect to the repository URL 'https://myrationaladdress:9443/ccm/web'. See the nested exception for more details.

This problem occur on my VS plugin and Eclipse Plugin.
But when I am try to connect via web browser, the site is run well.
Can you solve my problem?

No, you have a different inner exception:

The SCM system login fails and maybe returns an invalid value. It is unclear. Please contact support to get this looked at.
