Oct 23 '14, 7:47 a.m.Hi João,
1. I am not sure whether your address is put correctly. What is your RTC server address you put in VS settings?
2. It could be good to look into VS log files. Please see for full error in VS log: Team Concert->Windows->RTC Log

Oct 23 '14, 10:46 a.m.The address is placed correctly. The log does't have anything yet, because you can't make the connection.

Oct 23 '14, 11:14 a.m.Hi Joao,
Could you please share the ccm.log entries from the time you tried to add this repository to VS?
Assuming you're using Tomcat, they are located in
<JazzServer>/server/logs
In case of WAS:
<WebSphere install dir>/AppServer/profiles/<profile name>/logs
Are you able to add this repository to RTC Eclipse Client?

Also are you able to add this repository to RTC Eclipse Client or any other instance of VS client?
