build hung in RTC

We build in RTC, but after a long time(one month), build will hung, the problem can be fixed by restar jbe service. does anyone also meet this problem?

Hi Arvey,
We need a bit more data regarding your hung. Are you for example requesting for more builds than usual just before hang happens?

Please notice that random hangs are complex problems and it often requires turning on another debug options. I will try to help you on the forum but I might be in the end requested you to open PMR.

Also enable verbose logging in JBE for more information.

First, we daily run build, that mean many builds finished before hang happens.

@Spencer, I will try to add verbose when start jbe service.
