RQM: why do different users see different columns for same shared query

In RQM I see that different users have different column layout/sorting for same shared query. Why this?
Are the list view settings user specific?
If yes, how to revert to a shared layout?

regards,
Donat

Hi Donat, as soon as you customize an RQM query (arranging columns, applying filters and etc), the settings are saved. You should notice this when you run the same query the next time. Apparently the settings are saved per user. I am not aware of any ways to revert it back to default, that is, remove the saved settings.

Hello Donat,

Within a project area users can navigate to the 'User Profile' dropdown and select 'My Preferences for Quality Management'

From the Preferences dialog, users can then choose how they want to view the view within RQM. But this is for a per user basis.

I hope this helps,

Regards,

Ted

Hi Ted,
as far as I understand the user preferences are for general settings (show filter pane, ...)

What I see is this:
if any user opens the SAME shared query I expect that all users see the same data columns. But we recognize, that this is not the case.
