Check-In into old baselines

Hi,
I am facing some issue while checking in the code in old stream.
There are many baselines available in this Stream.
I added a old baseline into this stream, which is not the latest one. After I load this baseline in, there are many incoming changes are shown.
I don’t want to accept those changes but I want to change something in old code(From old baselune) and checkin the same (without accepting incoming changes).
Thanks,
Praveen

so, let me see if I can say this back..
you have a past point in time collection of changes (baseline), and there are newer point in time collections of changes (baselines) since then.
you want to take that point in time, and add a new change to it, creating a NEW point in time collection,
BUT, you do not want all the other changes that have occurred since..
so, you have to make a new stream. you can't change the past, and not accept changes since then without getting out of line
