How to link SAFe Portfolio Project with SAFe program Project

Hi Team

We are going to use Rational CLM 6.0.1. We have created one project using SAFe Portfolio Process template and one more project using SAFe Program Process template in RTC .We want to link both the containers . Is there any option available by using which we can connect both the containers .
